Microneedling is a clinically recognised treatment that stimulates the skin’s natural repair process and supports collagen production. In this treatment, it is combined with a professional two-phase exosome system to further support skin recovery and overall skin quality.
Exosomes are very small extracellular vesicles that help cells communicate. The exosomes used in this treatment are plant-derived (Centella Asiatica). They are not stem cells, but cosmetic-grade regenerative support ingredients. The formula also contains peptides, antioxidants, hyaluronic acid and barrier-supporting ingredients. The freeze-dried exosome powder is freshly activated before treatment to maintain stability and quality.
When applied during microneedling, the micro-channels allow the formula to penetrate more effectively, supporting skin firmness, elasticity, texture and overall resilience. Results develop gradually as part of the skin’s natural renewal process.
What to Expect
This treatment combines controlled microneedling with a freshly activated plant-derived exosome complex to support the skin’s natural renewal process. Mild redness, warmth and tightness are expected after treatment. Skin may feel sensitive for 1–3 days. Light flaking can occur as part of the renewal process.

All treatments are customised following individual skin assessment.
- Do not wash the treated area for 6–8 hours
- Avoid makeup for 24–48 hours
- Avoid sauna, swimming pools, gym and sweating for 72 hours
- Avoid active skincare (retinol, acids, strong vitamin C) for 2–3 days
- Use gentle skincare and keep the skin well hydrated
- Avoid direct sun exposure and use SPF daily
Temporary redness and sensitivity are normal and typically subside within a few days.
